PITRASHISH VASTRAA - The Cloth Bank For The Needy
In India there are millions of homeless, needy people who need clothes to cover themselves rather than money. So to
provide a humble service to the weaker section of the society Pitrashish Foundation has launched the project
"Vastraa --Cloth Bank For The Needy", which is a drive of collecting the rarely used clothes from the privileged
ones from their doorsteps to reach to the needy to provide them the basic comfort and warmth. The foundation has
come forward to stand against the poverty by donating those clothes to the needy by washing and sanitizing them
before distribution.
The mission of Pitrashish Foundation is to create an opportunity for all the privileged people of the nation to share
their happiness, kindness and love with the less fortunate people of our society through their humble donation of
slightly used clothes. Moreover it will also fulfil one of the three basic needs of life of those helpless, needy people of
our society.

Team Pitrashish Foundation at tribal village Kalinagar , Jhargram to celebrate Women's Day on 8th March,2025. We started the camp with token of appreciation by gifting clothes to these women because of the change they brought to their lives. They are now confident and are aware of their rights .
