CHHARI- SAHARA ZINDAGI KA

Walking Sticks Distribution Program For The Needy Senior Citizens: Under this project Pitrashish Foundation has initiated various humble campaigns of the distribution of free walking sticks to the underprivileged elderly people in several remote villages of West Bengal. The objective of Pitrashish Foundation is to help needy and elderly people to enable them to perform at least their daily basic needs, with the help of the walking sticks, distributed by the foundation.

CAMPAIGN 10

"Walking stick is an essential mobility aid for senior citizens which provides support stability and allows user to move around with ease.” Pitrashish Foundation realising the need of senior citizens in various villages donated walking sticks in Shalboni , Dalkathi , Monapara , Balichua - Belpahari and Balivasa of Jhargram , West Bengal empowering senior citizens to remain active. 65 walking sticks were distributed.

“Happiness doesn't result from what we get, but from what we give" Marking Bengali New Year with impactful community engagement , the Pitrashish Foundation team conducted a camp in village Ghritakham, Jhargram (West-Bengal). Distributed Nourishment to 6 expectant Mothers on 14th April, 2025.

CAMPAIGN 15

Moved by the struggles of elderly villagers who walk each day without the support they need, Pitrashish Foundation reached out with love and care—providing walking sticks to 55 senior citizens at Jhargram on 22nd November, 2025. This small step, taken in partnership with the Jhargram District Police, brought renewed confidence, dignity, and comfort to those who have spent their lives serving their families and communities.
